We gladly accept returns and exchange. Our returns and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of items are exempt from being returned:
- Gift Cards
- Made to Order
- Custom-Made or Personalized Items
- Items on Sale
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Return Procedure:
Before you return your purchase. You must contact us with in next 48-72 hours of delivery;
-Please email us your name, email, order number and the reason of return.
-Our customer support team will get in touch with you with in next 24 hours and share the return address.
-Be sure to indicate, If you would prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange for another color, size or item.
-Please don’t forget to mark your return as gift and mentioned the amount on the invoice as low as possible.
-Our team will get in touch with you as soon as we received your return and proceed your request.
-Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
-If buyer wants to make an exchange then buyer is responsible for both ways shipping costs.
Refunds:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Cancellations:
Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. Unfortunately, We’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed.
